At the start of every project, we begin by having a in-depth phone call with you to understand things like your design goals, project scope, timeline, and budget. We will also request an in-person walk through to gain more insight into the project and existing space.
Space planning & Concept
Once we understand the scope, This is the phase where we will explore creative concepts and different design directions that will then influence the direction of the design. We will present high level concepts to you, and generate unique ideas which provide inspiration and clarity for the more concrete design decisions in later phases.
When the conceptual and spatial design is complete, we then move from the more abstract approach to more concrete decision making - finalizing floorplans, finishes, and lighting. You can plan on seeing and feeling all proposed materials in person.
After finalizing the floorplans and spatial design, we will create and walk you through a comprehensive package of furniture, accessories, art, and any proposed custom pieces, making sure all are within your budget and timeline.
Purchasing & Management
Depending on project size, we can consolidate and store all items with our local WH partner until they’re ready to be delivered and installed. We make sure to provide a project schedule early on and set a firm delivery date for furniture. If there is a construction scope in your project, we work with the architect and contractor from start to finish helping manage onsite and coordinate incoming furniture.
Installation & punch walk
We like to have a coordinated and smooth installation as possible, so we consolidate delivery to a single day period if possible to create as little disruption as we can. We ensure items have been inspected prior to delivery, and Amanda will review any final touches and styling to achieve the final design look.
